MimsFit campers can participate in sweat sessions Monday, Wednesday, Thursday at 6:30 pm, and Saturday at 9 am. Each high energy 45 minute MimsFit Camp can include anything from kettlebells, battle ropes, tire flipping, sledgehammer wielding, a motley mix of bodyweight drills, and one handed train stopping.
